1. LEGAL AGREEMENT

Welcome to ATYKAI. This website is owned and operated by ATYKAI, a commercial entity registered in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ATYKAI. By visiting our site or purchasing hardware from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY & COMPLIANCE

By using this Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the UAE (21 years) or have parental consent. You agree to comply with all local UAE laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

3. PRODUCTS & PRECISION

  • Descriptions: We specialize in high-quality consumer electronics. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products (such as sensors and gateways) accurately.

  • Technical Specifications: As an authorized reseller of precision hardware, we provide specifications "as is" from the manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the hardware is compatible with their specific environment (e.g., local network or home server setups like Unraid).

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region within the UAE.

4. PRICING & VAT

  • Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

  • VAT: In accordance with UAE Federal Law, prices are subject to 5% Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • Verification: We reserve the right to refuse any order. This may happen if we suspect a fraudulent transaction or if the item is out of stock.

  • Payment Gateways: We use secure, UAE-compliant payment gateways. Your credit card information is encrypted and processed according to international security standards.

6. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

  • Logistics: We partner with Quiqup for reliable delivery across the UAE.

  • Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided. In accordance with UAE law, we are responsible for the goods until they are successfully delivered to you.

7. WARRANTIES & DEFECTS

  • Consumer Rights: Under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund for any product that is found to be defective or not as described.

  • Warranty: Most electronics sold by ATYKAI come with a standard manufacturer's warranty valid in the UAE. Please retain your digital invoice for warranty claims.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international or UAE regulations; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ATYKAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of data on your personal servers (e.g., Unraid/Immich). Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

Important Checklist Before You Post:

  • The Arabic Requirement: To be 100% compliant with the UAE Consumer Protection Law, your Terms and Conditions (and invoices) should technically be available in Arabic as well. Most Shopify apps can auto-translate this for you.

  • TRN Number: If you are registered for VAT, you must display your Tax Registration Number (TRN) in the contact section above.
