Refund policy

Atykai | Returns & Refunds In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, Atykai is committed to protecting your consumer rights.

• 14-Day Return Window: You may return unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• Defective Hardware: If a product is faulty or does not meet the technical specifications described, we will offer a free repair, replacement, or full refund. Please report any defects to info@atykai.com within 7 days of receipt.

• Non-Returnable Items: For security and calibration integrity, items that have been opened, activated, or show signs of physical damage/tampering cannot be returned unless found to be manufacturer-defective.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit card) within 7–10 working days.

• Return Shipping: We will arrange a Quiqup collection for defective items at no cost to you. For "change of mind" returns, a standard collection fee of AED 30 will apply.
