1. Delivery Coverage We provide professional door-to-door delivery across all seven Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

2. Our Logistics Partner To ensure the integrity of our high-quality electronics, all local deliveries are handled by Quiqup. You will receive real-time tracking updates via SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your order leaves our Business Bay office.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Dubai: Same-day or Next-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cutoff.

  • Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: Typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Northern Emirates: Typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

Note: You will be presented with specific delivery options and their associated costs during the checkout process based on your exact location.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is processed, a tracking link will be sent to the contact information provided at checkout. You can monitor the live location of your courier to ensure you are available for receipt.

5. Receipt of High-Value Goods For the security of your hardware, a signature or photo-proof of delivery is required for all shipments. Please ensure a recipient is available at the provided address. Quiqup will make multiple delivery attempts before the item is returned to our office.

6. Office Pick-up (By Appointment) Local pick-up is available for verified orders at our HQ: Prime Tower, Office 3316, Business Bay, Dubai. Please contact info@atykai.com to schedule your collection window and receive pick-up instructions.

7. Damaged Shipments As per UAE consumer law, ATYKAI is responsible for the safety of the goods until they are successfully delivered to you. If your package arrives with visible damage, please document this with the courier and notify us immediately at info@atykai.com.
